Location is not exactly in the center of town but within walking distance to sky train about 15-20 mins. Nothing luxury about this place but the room is quite clean and good place for budget travele. Breakfast was adequate. There are more thai tourists than foreigner but overall I like it here. On the negative side, what you are saving in terms of hotel costs, you end up spending on transportation fares.

Great value for money, clean hotel with nice, spacious rooms and helpful staff. The area is not the best if you want for site seeing. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a one night stop overing in BKK on the way from Koh Chang to Ubon Ratchathani. It is a nice hotel if you want to be near to Chatuchat Market or the Northern bus terminal. Not convenient for sight seeing in BKK and its quite a walk from the BTS station. Great value for the price when compared to the hotels in more touristy areas of BKK.
