I liked the welcome and the services. I felt at home
I think its better if you provide more services or discounts to frequent visitors. and the hotel is so good from its services to its facilities, if you increase the food options it will be cool.
Having read very positive reviews of the your hotel we decided to treat ourselves and stay there. We were not disappointed. On arrival we were blown away by the gorgeous flower display in the reception area. We were quickly taken to our room plus we got a very warm welcome. The room was lovely and spacious with fantastic views The whole place was extremely clean and the bathroom was large and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had dinner , i was expecting more options on veg as i am a vegetarian but The food was delicious and plentiful! Breakfast was also served good and was of a very high standard. Throughout our stay all the staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful, there were one or two problems with our booking etc but these were very quickly resolved. All in all we thought this was a beautiful hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone, it certainly made our stay a very enjoyable and memorable one.
