Close to the river and free river taxi. Wonderful restaurant location.
Food nothing special and pricey. Not much of interest outside hotel on foot.
I enjoyed my stay and the river taxi was found to be a very convenient way to get around. The breakfast had good selection and location, but none of the food was of great quality. Aiport transport was a bit pricey. Not much nightlife within walking from hotel. The bed was a bit hard and pillows very big which left me with a neck ache the third night. For other river hotels, i would say this is a good deal, especially if you don't plan onspending much time in/around the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the river taxi (free) to the central peir where you can get a day pass on the tourist river taxi for 120 baht. This lets you see the grand palace, reclining buddha, Khao San, etc. at your own pace and is very easy to get off on one pier and walk to sites and get on at another pier.
